Quantum Break Pre-Order Special Offer has not been delivered yet.

Hi,

I have pre-order Quantum Break on XBOX One. There was a special offer for receiving the PC Version of the game for free, as well as the Alan Wake game.

I have checked already with Microsoft Support, and I'm qualified for retrieving the items of the offer.

From what i know the code distribution started on 13/04/2016 in waves and they were supposed to be delivered by 15/04/2016.

Today is 17/04/2016, i gave two extras day time for the codes to be delivered and nothing.

Can someone please assist and send me my codes?

Pre-ordered Quantum Break - No bonus

Pre-ordered Quantum Break (29 Mar 2016) from the Xbox Store but have yet to receive my Alan Wake code or Quantum Break Windows code.

Game downloaded fine but the above pre-order bonus has yet to be fulfilled.

Can you help?

Quantum Break Pre-Order never received Alan Wake American Nightmare and Quantum Break PC code

Pre-ordering a code to redeem the digital version of Quantum Break through the Xbox Store before the launch of Quantum Break (which was April 5th, 2016) would have included the digital pre-order bonuses. However the disc version would not have been eligible.

Quantum Break on Windows 10 FAQ. I'll quote the relevant piece below:

Free Quantum Break Windows 10 game offer valid with pre-order of digital copy of Quantum Break for Xbox One, by April 4, 2016, from Xbox Store, Xbox.com, participating retailers, or inside Quantum Break Xbox One console bundles, while supplies

Hey there, Support is investigating the issue with users not receiving their pre-order content from pre-ordering Quantum Break. All eligible users will receive an Xbox Live message with further information.

Sorry for the frustrations. Official forum support will return on Monday.
