    Hello I spoke with a Xbox support representative over the Chat and He told me that my Quantum Break pre-order it's not a pre-order since it shows on his end as I bought it on 04/05/2016 (On the release day) meanwhile I didn't, I purchased on 04/04/2016 a
    day before so I qualify for the pre-order Bonus. That's the reason I'm guessing why I don't get any pre-order codes. He redirect me to his Forum for further assistance . Thanks for the help

    Quantum Break - XBox1 - Pre-order offer...

    As part of the Quantum Break pre-order (https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/games/quantum-break-preorder), there was supposed to be activation codes sent for:

    • Alan Wake: American Nightmare
    • Quantum Break on Windows 10
    • Alan Wake + additional content
    I understand that they will be sent out in 'waves', but it seems well past the launch date of 04/04/2016 and I would have thought I would have received some of the codes by now. I pre-ordered back on 02/11/2016 (order# ending in ...005419).

    Is there a hard date when all of the codes will be sent out...???

    I have pre-order Quantum Break on XBOX One

    Today is 17/04/2016, i have still no pre-order Codes. Why? I checked my XBOX Messages and my email and spam. Nothing!

    Can someone please help me to get my pre-order stuff? Why it takes so long :-/ me and some other ppl wait 12 days and nothing happens Quantum Break Pre-order shows as 04/05/2016 not a pre order! :(

    Did not receive Quantum Break Windows 10 Code

    Hey Rookboom,

    Where did you purchase Quantum Break? In order to qualify for Quantum Break on Windows 10, you would have needed to pre-order through the Xbox Store or redeem a Quantum Break code before April 4th, 2016.

    If you got a code for Quantum Break on Xbox One and redeemed after April 4th, 2016, I'm afraid you do not qualify for this offer.

    Quantum Break Pre-Order never received Alan Wake American Nightmare and Quantum Break PC code

    Pre-ordering a code to redeem the digital version of Quantum Break through the Xbox Store before the launch of Quantum Break (which was April 5th, 2016) would have included the digital pre-order bonuses. However the disc version would not have been eligible.

    Again, sincere apologies for any frustration this may have caused. For more information, check out the
    Quantum Break on Windows 10 FAQ. I'll quote the relevant piece below:
