I purchased Quantum break with the pre-order bonus to get Alan wake and a WIndows 10 code, Alan wake came with the game but i have never received my windows 10 code yet. Who do i contact to get this code?

Hey, ThomasJPaterson! Did you pre-order Quantum Break digitally on the Xbox One Store, or through the Microsoft Store as a physical disc that was sent to you? We'll be able to determine our next steps based on that.

 

It was through the online store. i clicked the link that was in the pre-order promo. I would of like it digital but they sent me a disc instead.

For physical editions of the game you'll need to reach out to
Microsoft Store Support. You should have received a code from them to redeem. Thanks for your patience and understanding!
