quantum break pre-order offers.

I pre- ordered quantum break and it has been 12 day and I haven't received a code for the promotions along with the game. I am curious to know what happened.

I have not received any pre order bonuses or codes from my Quantum Break pre order as well.

 

i didn't recieve promotions and special Offers of Quantum Break pre-order

i bought Quantum Break pre-order to XBOX korea site but i didn't recieve promotions and special Offers.

already i consulted with korea xbox staff about the metter but she had the to show me the this forums.

please check and resolve.
