Quantum Break Pre-Order never received Alan Wake American Nightmare and Quantum Break PC code

I was told in support chat to write here, so that I can get my missing keys.

I ordered the game on march 23. at a big german retailer. Shortly after I got my kye for Alan Wake, but Alan Wake American Nightmare and Quantum Break PC code.

I am looking forward to get my keys.

Quantum Break / Alan Wake Codes

I pre-ordered a digital copy of Quantum Break and I have not received the advertised pre-order bonus codes for Alan Wake: American Nightmare, Alan Wake (+DLC), or the Win10 version of Quantum Break.

 

Code for AW American Nightmare not received.

While I wait for the PC code of Quantum Break and Alan Wake + DLCs, I still haven't received anything for Alan Wake's American Nightmare that's having pre-ordered Quantum Break from the Xbox store since 20th February.

I have only found out I should have received American Nightmare 10 days after the pre-order.

Did you get the physical disc copy of Quantum Break? The Windows 10 code for Quantum Break, in addition to American Nightmare, is exclusive to customers who pre-ordered the game digitally through the Xbox Store or redeemed a game code before the game's release.

 

Yes I got the physical copy on the release day. So if I understand you correct, there will noch Quantum Break for Windows 10 for me. But I am still missing my American Nightmare code.

 

Thanks for clarifying! American Nightmare is also exclusive to those who pre-ordered digitally, it is not included in the physical version.

Thats not correct, if I remember correctly amazon.de and Saturn both had the advertisement, that if you pre order you get a American Nightmare Download code:

Pre-ordering a code to redeem the digital version of Quantum Break through the Xbox Store before the launch of Quantum Break (which was April 5th, 2016) would have included the digital pre-order bonuses. However the disc version would not have been eligible.

American Nightmare being only for digital pre-orders is completely and utterly false. I would recommend you contact your retailer for help on the matter.

 

Nightstorm you need to ask your retailer about this. Since this looks like this promo is only for their store only. Since the promo only involves digital purchases only. If they cannot give you the content promised by them. You either need to ask them for
a refund or compensation for being misinformed.
