Quantum Break pre-order codes

Hi,

I pre-ordered Quantum Break on April 1st but still haven't received the download codes for the Windows 10 version or Alan Wake.

I have not received any pre order bonuses or codes from my Quantum Break pre order as well.

To check, did you purchase the game digitally on your Xbox One, or did you buy a digital copy of the game from a different retailer?

Hey, L4guz! When did you redeem your code from your retailer? All users that redeemed codes had to do so on or before 4/4 to be considered for the Windows 10 version of the game and American Nightmare. Any that redeemed after that would be considered a regular
purchase and only get Alan Wake as a bonus. Let us know!

 

I purchased the code 1st of April but I can't remember when I actually used it, can I see that somewhere? The game description says "Free Quantum Break Windows 10 game offer valid with pre-order of digital copy of Quantum Break for Xbox One, by April 4,
2016" There's been no mention that the code needs to be used before the 4th. I have a screenshot of the full description if you want to have a closer look.

 

I have this same issue, except I purchased the game Digitally on my Xbox One. On March 30th, 567453557644028147 That is my order number for reference. I was directed here by Xbox support to resolve this issue. I would like to receive my download code to
play the game on PC. Thank you for your time and help.
