Quantum Break pre order codes

I pre-ordered and purchased Quantum Break around 1 week or so before the game came out (March 27) and I've contacted phone support a couple times about this issue and they have referred me to this forum departament. I checked message and can't find code
.The issue is that i have not received my Quantum break and Alan Wake code yet.

I have not received any pre order bonuses or codes from my Quantum Break pre order as well.

After taking a peak into your qualifications we've determined that you don't qualify for this promotion. Did you pre-order the game from a different retailer by chance?

 

I've redeem the code in the xbox store the 15TH of April,you have written that the codes for Alan Wake,Alan Wake American Nightmere and Quantum Break for windows 10 are free if you buy the game since the 5th of April until the the 7th o July,instead i haven't
receive nothig ,i want you send me the codes as you say.I've only redeem the code ,no other retailer as you say if you are serious you need to send the codes you have promised.

Since the game code was redeemed on April 15th, we are unable to fulfill this promotion. In order to qualify for Windows 10 code, you would have needed to redeem on or before April 4th, 2016. Please check the
Quantum Break on Windows 10 FAQ for further information.
