Quantum Break - Pre-Order Codes

Hello,

I purchased Quantum Break and recently received my pre-order code for "alan wake american nightmare" and "the signal" dlc. Not included was the code for "alan wake" and "the writer" dlc.

When I try to download "Alan Wake" and "the Writer" it says I have to pay for the games. Not sure why I had received a dlc but must purchase the other games.

Quantum Break pre-order bonuses have not been delivered

I have not received any pre order bonuses or codes from my Quantum Break pre order as well.

 

Codes for Alan Wake and the other DLC will be sent 7-10 days after Quantum Break is released.

 

I don't think you understand. I have already received my code as i pre-ordered the game 19 days ago.

I was saying the code only gave me two of the four downloads. I did NOT receive "Alan Wake" and "the Writer", but my code did allow me to download "alan wake american nightmare" and "the signal" dlc.

 

I do understand. That is correct. You're not supposed to receive all of the codes at the same time, although you did receive "The Signal" early.

Thank you. I guess I was unsure why I received "The Signal" dlc if it wasn't to be released until 7-10 days after Quantum Breaks Release.
