    Quantum Break Pre-Order codes not sent.


    Hello I pre-ordered Quantum Break several days ago was promised a code via the promotion going or the game for Alan Wake + DLC + American Nightmare, I'm still yet to get these codes and would like some assistance.

    Quantum Break - Preorder Codes

    I pre-ordered Quantum Break on the 21st February but I am yet to receive my preorder codes such as Windows 10 code for Quantum Break. I read your stickied post stating you sent out all the codes so I was just wondering what was up with my pre-order?

    I have not received any pre order bonuses or codes from my Quantum Break pre order as well.

    Hey mate,

    These are due to be sent out 7-10 days once the game is released Quantum Break Pre-Order codes not sent. :) So once the game is released, wait up to 10days, and if you still havent' received the code, head back here and let us know then Quantum Break Pre-Order codes not sent. :)

    Taken from the game page:

    Quantum Break includes full game download of Alan Wake, the Xbox 360 game playable on Xbox One, as well as The Signal and The Writer add-ons. The code for these items will be delivered to your Xbox Message center within 7-10 days of Quantum Break’s release.

    Ok, so I've been looking into it further and I may not be 100% correct. Seems the Alan Wake Nightmare is a seperate deal to the one I've posted. So a support team member will be along shortly to assist Quantum Break Pre-Order codes not sent. :)

    Quantum Break Pre-Order never received Alan Wake American Nightmare and Quantum Break PC code

    Pre-ordering a code to redeem the digital version of Quantum Break through the Xbox Store before the launch of Quantum Break (which was April 5th, 2016) would have included the digital pre-order bonuses. However the disc version would not have been eligible.
