Quantum Break pre-order codes not received

Discus and support Quantum Break pre-order codes not received in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I pre-ordered the game on 4/4/16 and have not received any of the pre-order bonus codes.     Quantum Break pre-order codes not received


    I pre-ordered the game on 4/4/16 and have not received any of the pre-order bonus codes. I was under the impression that the Alan Wake American Nightmare code should have been sent immediately after pre-ordering and the Alan Wake full game and Windows 10
    version of Quantum Break would have been sent on 4/5.

    I have not received any pre order bonuses or codes from my Quantum Break pre order as well.

    Quantum Break / Alan Wake Codes

    I pre-ordered a digital copy of Quantum Break and I have not received the advertised pre-order bonus codes for Alan Wake: American Nightmare, Alan Wake (+DLC), or the Win10 version of Quantum Break.

    Quantum Break pre-order codes not received

    The codes for Alan Wake and the Windows 10 version began going out on launch day. You should receive them within 7-10 days of that. If after the 7-10 days has past and you still do not have your codes you can repost and Support will be able to assist you.

    Alan Wake American Nightmare codes are still going out and should be received 7-10 days from the date you pre-ordered.
