Been a few weeks and I haven't gotten mine yet either

Hello i pre ordered quantum break but didnt recieve codes for alan wake contacted xbox support and they asked me to contact you

No codes for alan wake after quantum break pre order

 

Quantum Break pre-order bonuses have not been delivered

I have not received any pre order bonuses or codes from my Quantum Break pre order as well.

 

Hey, Asinine47! I've split you off from the other thread that you had posted in. I am unable to verify any purchase for the Quantum Break game on your account. Can you visit
commerce.microsoft.com and find out the date that you made the purchase for it, please? If you didn't purchase it from there, but purchased the console bundle, please let us know that, too!

We'd like to nail this down with you. Post back with that information so we can look into this further.

 

I pre-ordered it at the Microsoft Store (which I actually work at) so I'll try and hunt down my receipt

The disc version of Quantum Break is not eligible for the Quantum Break on Windows 10 code. For further information, check out the Quantum Break on Windows 10 FAQ. Since the disc version
is not eligible, I'm afraid we're unable to assist further regarding this issue.
