I have preordered Quantum Break through the Xbox One Store at the 31 march

I have received the code for American Nightmare.

I have not received the code for Alan Wake. (or the two DLC's)

I have not received the code for the Windows 10 copy of Quantum Break.

please help me, and send the code Thank You!

Hello i pre ordered quantum break but didnt recieve codes for alan wake contacted xbox support and they asked me to contact you

No codes for alan wake after quantum break pre order

 

Quantum Break pre-order bonuses have not been delivered

I have not received any pre order bonuses or codes from my Quantum Break pre order as well.

The codes for Quantum Break on Windows 10, Alan Wake game, The Writer DLC and The Signal DLC will be sent within 7 to 10 days after launch.

Players who pre-ordered Quantum Break will receive the following via their message center:

•Alan Wake’s American Nightmare (Xbox 360 Backwards Compatible version)

•Alan Wake (Xbox 360 Backwards Compatible version)

•Alan Wake : The Writer DLC (for Alan Wake on Xbox 360)

•Alan Wake : The Signal DLC (for Alan Wake on Xbox 360)

•Quantum Break on Windows 10

So you should be able to receive all the codes by this week. If not, please post again to this forum section so our promotions support team can further assist you.

 

I also didn't receive anything yet, would there be a problem because I already own Alan wake (The Writer DLC and The Signal DLC) So I will get on my message instead of a email,right? Gamertag
