Quantum Break Pre-order code not yet received

Hi, I am posting on behalf of my friend who owns this gamer tag : Vaxorth2255.

He pre-ordered the game on the 4th and was billed on the 4th (april) and today is the 10'th business day and the codes are said to be delivered 7-10 business days after the game is released.

Please let us know when he is going to get his code.

But, I don't received pre-order bonus.

No Alan wake code

No Quantum Break code for windows 10

Nothing...yet (I hope).

Hey there, Support is investigating the issue with users not receiving their pre-order content from pre-ordering Quantum Break. All eligible users will receive an Xbox Live message with further information.
