    Quantum Break pre-order code for Windows 10 issue


    Hello. I was redirected here from Microsoft support.

    I pre-ordered Quantum Break for Xbox One via the Xbox Store and as promised I received and used the free coders for Alan Wake and its DLCs. I was also eligible for Quantum Break Windows 10 code, which I received shortly after the game was released.
    Thank you for all of these!

    The Quantum Break Windows 10 code has been stolen from me, I suppose, since I can't redeem it to my account - it says the code has already been used. I have only one Xbox/Microsoft account bound to my email . I didn't use
    the code provided.

    I was on a few business trips and I often use the Xbox app for Windows, where the code is displayed in my messages. I think someone accessed my laptop, while I was not around. I know it's my fault that inadvertently I gave access to someone to view
    my messages by not caring for my laptop enough and not locking it in the press centers, and I should have.

    1. Is there any way to disable the code and render the thief's game inoperable?

    2. Can you send me a new code, or better - push the game straight into my account?



    I know the chances for any of these are slim, but I have to try anyway. I will give you any information you request, I am the owner of the account.

    No pre-order bonus with my digital purchase of Quantum Break

    Hello,

    I've pre-order Quantum Break on Xbox store the 08/03/2016 under order number :

    But, I don't received pre-order bonus.

    No Alan wake code

    No Quantum Break code for windows 10

    Nothing...yet (I hope).

    Please can you help ?

    Hey Aldazar83,

    If you purchased Quantum Break digitally after April 4th 2016, you will not be eligible for the Windows 10 code as that was specifically a pre-order offer. Since Quantum Break is not an Xbox Play Anywhere game, purchasing Quantum Break on Xbox One after
    that date does not unlock the Windows 10 version.
