    Promo Item(s): Alan Wake and DLC for Xbox One and Quantum Break for Windows 10.



    I still not have received the Alan Wake nor the Quantum Break for Windows 10 codes, via a Xbox One message on my account.

    I have not received any pre order bonuses or codes from my Quantum Break pre order as well.

    I pre ordered quantum break but I never received any of the pre order bonuses.

    I have contacted Xbox chat support 3 times over this matter and was told to wait longer for the codes to come in.

    reference [Mod Removed] was provided by the last rep I chatted with.
