Quantum Break Pre-Order bonus

I pre-ordered Quantum Break on the 4th of April. I have yet to receive Alan Wake, Alan Wake: American Nightmare, or the Quantum Break PC code. I was just wondering if this issue was going to be resolved? Thanks.

Edit: I was also wondering about the 15K reward credits from Xbox Rewards? It has also been over a week since I preordered.

Quantum Break pre-order bonuses have not been delivered

I have not received any pre order bonuses or codes from my Quantum Break pre order as well.

 

Still haven't received pre order bonus for quantum break.

I pre ordered quantum break but I never received any of the pre order bonuses.

Support is investigating the issue that users have not received their pre-order content from pre-ordering Quantum Break.

All eligible users will receive an Xbox Live message with further information.

Unfortunately there is no expected date time yet though
