    Quantum Break pre-order bonus: Windows 10 Code not received


    Promotion Details: Purchase an Xbox One Special Edition Quantum Break Bundle before April 4th, 2016

    Date of Purchase: April 1st, 2016

    Promo Item(s): I have not received the bonus Quantum Break Windows 10 game code

    I've spoken with Microsoft chat support who requested I post here in addition to raising the issue with them. I waited the requested 6-8 weeks before posting.

    I've pre-order Quantum Break on Xbox store the 08/03/2016 under order number :

    But, I don't received pre-order bonus.

    No Alan wake code

    No Quantum Break code for windows 10

    Nothing...yet (I hope).

    I pre ordered quantum break and did not receive my Alan Wake American Nightmare bonus and and i waited 7-10 days. I pre ordered through microsoft store and it said you will receive bonus.

    Just to clarify, if your purchase confirmation states that your order went through on the 5th, then unfortunately you will not receive the American Nightmare or Quantum Break Windows 10 pre-order bonus codes. You will receive a code for Alan Wake as well
    as the DLC in 7-10 days via Xbox Live message. We are sorry to hear about any inconveniences that this may have caused.

    Just to clarify, when did you purchase Quantum Break? If you just purchased Quantum Break recently, it will take up to 10 days for you to receive your code. Also, if you recently purchased Quantum Break, you will only receive a code for Alan Wake. The Windows
    10 version of Quantum Break and American Nightmare were only offered with the pre-order of Quantum Break.

    If it has been past 10 days, be sure to let us know so that we can look into this further. Thanks!
