Quantum break pre-order bonus still not recieved

i pre-orderd quantum break 2 weeks ago and i still have not recieved my alan wake bonus pre-order codes.

I contacted customer support and they said i should make a post here with my reference number.

I have still not received the my pre-order bonus code for

1. Quantum Break Windows 10 game

2. Alan Wake’s American Nightmare
