Quantum Break PC Key nicht erhalten

Hallo ich habe quantum break auf der xbox one vorbestellt aber bis jetzt noch keinen key erhalten für denn PC.

Was kann ich tun ?

I have pre-ordered Quantum Break at the 7th March 2016 for 69,99 € but until now i do not get any eMail, or Message via my XBOX-App to play it on my PC.

At the 5th April 2016 was the Release-Date and i was waiting for any Message but nothing happens.

Until now i do not received any Messages about Quantum Break, so i was calling the Support and now i post the Problem here at the Forum.

It would be very great to get some help about it.

Ich habe Quantum Break am 7. März 2016 für 69,99 € vorbestellt, aber bis heute keine eMail, oder Nachricht über meine XBOX-App erhalten, um es auf meinem PC spielen zu können.

Am 5. April 2016 war der Erscheinungstag und ich habe auf eine derartige Nachricht gewartet, aber nichts ist passiert.

Bis heute habe ich keine Nachricht über Quantum Break erhalten, also habe ich den Support angerufen und schreibe nun über das Problem hier im Forum.

Es wäre äußerst großartig, wenn man mir dabei helfen könnte.

mit dem Forum ist das offizielle englischsprachige Forum gemeint. Dort gibt es auch schon einen Thread zu dem Thema, da du mit dem Problem wahrlich nicht alleine bist ! Dort kannst du kurz posten, das du auch das Problem hast, damit dein Name auf der Liste
steht und dann musst du warten, bis das gelöst wurde.
