Quantum Break PC Code not received

Hello I have yet to receive my quantum break windows 10 code I preordered it on april 4th, I know it should of been sent to my xbox messages, unless some are getting sent to email.

Quantum Break pre-order bonuses have not been delivered

Also have not received my Quantum Break pc code or my Alan wake codes.

I'm too did not received my Quantum Break code for PC.

 

Also I never received my alan wake American nightmare code either

 

I think they just forgot about us. Same issue for me.
