Quantum Break PC code missing

I pre-ordered and purchased the Quantum Break bundle(the white xbox one console and game) a week or so before the game came out (March 27) and I've contacted chat support a couple times about this issue but they sent me over here. The issue is that i have
not received my Quantum break PC code yet.

Hey Steve! All of the Quantum Break codes are redeemable on an Xbox One but they are all intended for a PC download of Quantum Break. When you install Quantum Break on the PC do you get an specific error codes or messages?

Just to clarify, did you receive a digital copy of Quantum Break with the bundle or a disc version? If you received a digital code, when did you redeem it? Thanks!

 

The disc version. The box does says "digital" but I received the disc version
