Quantum Break PC code and Alan Wake codes not yet received

It's 11 business days since release and i haven't received my alan wake and QB pc codes yet.

Quantum Break pre-order bonuses have not been delivered

Also have not received my Quantum Break pc code or my Alan wake codes.

 

Free Alan Wake American Nightmare code with digital purchase of Quantum Break

I bought Quantum Break 24 days ago but have not received the Alan Wake American Nightmare. But I received Alan Wake and Quantum Break PC codes.



Date of Purchase: 3/31/2016.

 

To add more details i have purchased on April 4th 2016 IST

I am expecting the following codes

Alan Wake (Xbox 360 BC version)

Alan Wake " The Writer DLC

Alan Wake "The Signal DLC"

Quantum Break on Windows 10

Support is investigating the issue that users have not received their pre-order content from pre-ordering Quantum Break.

All eligible users will receive an Xbox Live message with further information.

Unfortunately there is no expected date time yet though

 

That doesn't really help my case here. It's already 11 business days since the game release. How long does it take to ship a 5x5 digital code? A physical copy of the game shipped from the planet 'Mars' would have reached me by now.
