    As everyone else.... i still have no received either alan wake codes or my windows 10 version of quantum break. I pre-ordered the game, digitally.

    Is there still no solution to this? It's been over 2 weeks and i'm quite frankly tired of hearing "JUST KEEP WAITING"

    How embarrassing. At what point can i just get a refund for false advertisement?

    Quantum Break Preorder - Never got any codes

    Hello,

    I preordered Quantum Break Digital download on my Xbox One and never received any codes.

    Did not receive Alan Wake & American Nightmare for PC/Xbox or the Quantum Break code for PC.

    I have the same problem didn't recibe the alanwake code or the windows 10 copie and I contact the support team and didn't recibe a solid answers. Not a good service

    Same. I contacted live chat support and they said wait. Then i contacted them again and they said post on the forum. Now the forum mod is telling me to wait some more. This is ridiculous. I wouldnt have digitally ordered the game if all this bs was gonna
