Quantum Break PC and Alan Wake Codes

I just contacted Microsoft Support, and was directed here to let Microsoft know that I have not received either of my promo codes for pre-ordering Quantum Break. I purchased the game at 6:19pm on April 4th, but the "official" Microsoft receipt states the
date as the 5th, which would not be eligible for the promotion. I have been assured, though, by support and the Microsoft Promo Moderator, that I WILL receive my code, as I purchased it on the 4th in my timecode.

Please make sure that my code gets sent!

I bought Quantum Break 24 days ago but have not received the Alan Wake American Nightmare. But I received Alan Wake and Quantum Break PC codes.



Date of Purchase: 3/31/2016.

 

Hey there, Support is investigating the issue with users not receiving their pre-order content from pre-ordering Quantum Break. All eligible users will receive an Xbox Live message with further information.
