Quantum Break - No PC code for pre-order, did receive an Alan Wake code

Same here, I was directed to this site by Microsoft phone assistance to aquire a code. I've received a confirmation of my purchase by phone support and an email but yet to receive a code for Windows 10 Quantum Break. By posting I'm assuming this is what
is required to receive the code.

Day 13 and I still wait for my Codes (Quantum Break)

My Problem is that I pre order Quantum Break and I still wait for my Codes. I don´t have any Code no Alan Wake American Nightmare, Alan Wake or Quantum Break for Win 10.

Did you purchase the digital version, or a disc copy? This promotion is exclusive the the digital version of the game, and not the disc based version. For more information on this, go ahead and check the Quantum

During the pre order time period I read that purchase of quantum break for xbox one would entitle me to a windows 10 copy as well. I did pre order the game based on this incentive. I do not feel the need to pre order games but under the circumstances of
the promotion I made an exception. I purchased the game at the Microsoft store as instructed by the promo link. There was no indication of digital or disc distinction during the order processing.

Michelle at customer support verified my purchase and said to expect the windows 10 code shortly. I had her send me an email verifying our conversation. I will copy this email below. Please advise me on the next steps to resolve this issue.

As per our call today, we were able to verfiy that your Preorder Quantum Break code for your Windows 10 game will arrive within 7 to 10 days after the release date (April 5, 2016) and confirmed your issue is now resolved.
