    Quantum Break Missing


    Hey.

    I pre-ordered Quantum Break some time ago, I got my key code to download it on PC and entered this using my Windows 10 tablet laptop which was not good enough to play the game (I knew that) but at the time my PC was under maintenance (re-doing my watercooling
    loop).

    I've looked everywhere on both my tablet laptop and my PC and I don't see Quantum Break anywhere to download. I've tried my code and it definitely was redeemed. I only have a single Microsoft / Xbox account and all my devices are registered under that single
    account.

    What happened then please?

    Still missing my codes

    Still missing my quantum break codes. Was told I would have it by now and still no codes.

    Hi my xbox one backwards comp games went missing deus x supreme commander mass effect an a few others i had them last year between may to july 2015 i switch xbox one consoles an they are not on my download list.didnt have a second account nor was i game
    shareing.what do i do?

    Never recieved free download of alan wake bundled with white 500 gb xbox one and quantum break

    The console was bundled with a physical copy of quantum break but the games disc case only included the quantum break disc. There was no paperwork inside the disc case, literally only the quantum break disc.
