Quantum Break - Misrepresenation

This is completely unacceptable, how does Microsoft (and the support team) think they can treat their paying customers ! For days now it has been the same, on every post here support only tells us it's being investigated. What does that mean, come on guys
we all know the problem is the missing codes, what is there to investigate, just admit that something went massively wrong ! how can you expect us to wait and wait and wait with no further information, for me that's pretty much fraud cause they just fail to
deliver what was advertised and part of the deal we all paid for. You wouldnt buy a car and realize that the all the extras you had in your deal are missing, and then wait for days and weeks without anything happening ? I think the community has to stand together
here and show them that we are many and we are powerfull.

My problem is not so much the fact that something went wrong and we are still missing our codes, rather than the fact how microsoft deals with this issue on hand. I feel ignored, left alone with the problem, and hearing every day that you just have to wait
one more day dosnt make things better ! For a company that wants to be there for their customers, that's pretty weak. Especially as the Windows 10 "cross-buy" was such a hugely advertised thing for them... isn't it just emberassing to witness something like
this in 2016 ?

I know it will porbably change nothing at all, but i think we should get this thread or any thread concerning this problem to the top, so please everyone that has not gotten their codes reply, stand together to make them realize that THAT's not how it's
done with the community !
