Quantum Break lost all Progress two times

Hello,

im really angry atm.

1. I played 2 Hours Quantum Break and take the game on ext. HDD to my brother...sync...only "New Game" available. Delete my Data from his console...sync again...again only "New Game"...got back to my Xbox...syncing...Yeah i also got only "New Game"...2 Hours
of Gaming gone...thx Microsoft.

2. Played another 8 Hours yesterday evening, waited till the Save Icon in the lower corner were gone, closed the game and the Xbox in Energy Saving...later i wanted to play further...then there was your sync problem and the offline Data showed my only New game.

Now i started it this morning, he is making the Sync...and also only new game available....I am *** Microsoft...i wanted to play the game again but when I Choose to do and when i finished it. And i don't restart it a 3rd Time!!!!!

Get this fixed or give me my *** money back!!!

Lost Game Progress| Please Help

Today 4/8/2016 I logged on to Xbox to play some Quantum Break and then all of a sudden my progress was lost, so can someone please help me. I was at %74 Game Completion.

I lost all of my game progress yesterday (Apr 9, 2016) as well. It looks like Microsoft was having issues syncing yesterday so the game gave me the message that it can't sink, do you want to play offline. I chose to play offline, but then later once syncing
was fixed, I realized I had lost all saved progress. All I get now is start a New Game. There's no Continue option. This really stinks because I was enjoying the game a lot. I put in a support ticket but nothing they had me tried fixed my issue. Anyways, I
agree I would like my money back. I think we might have grounds for class action lawsuit if they don't fix this issue soon. Anyone know any good lawyers?

I also opened a support ticket but dont get any answers (like the last 5 for other Problems)

 

Your not the only ones, this happened to me over the weekend with quantum break too. I refuseto start again.

I have contacted xbox support on twitter who say they are aware and working to fix the problem.

However after owning the game for 8 days and only been able to play for half of them I am getting rather fed up with microsoft. Xbox live especially on xbox one is getting increasingly more unreliable. I for one won't be using my xbox one again till it is
sorted, going back to 360 for now then buy a PS4 as soon as poss. Had enough of xbox one

 

At the Ende my Problem ist solved...not on the Perfect Way (Can play further from my last Save) but Microsoft gave me my Money back. So im satisfied.

But if remedy read this: you guys make me very sad.

 

I Almost completed this lousy game (at about 94%) on hard difficulty and got almost all collectibles (about 90%), when the save game bug hit me.

That are friggin 20h of playing time down the drain.

Yeah, because I've got nothing else to do in my life!

I waited for the announced patch that should fix it, but of course it didn't bring my saves back!

And please tell me who is to blame for this unbelievable incompetence.

How idiotic can anyone be to let such a bug happening?

I'll definitely wont start over from the beginning.

I demand a refund!
