Quantum Break is Broken, Textures are ugly, Bug or Hardware problem?

Would highly reccommened to get a hold of microsoft

Ok, system update done, but still no improvement. Does anyone even feel responsible for bugs like this? Developer points me to Microsoft, Microsoft points me to nothing.

I’m still not giving up (yet) to play this game properly for once.

I have also contacted Microsoft technical support, they said that probably my console is not recognised as a One S, that implicates that it might be downloading the wrong update files.

but not for sure..

and yess all other 12 games or so work perfectly fine. For example Halo wars 2, Gears 4 and Halo 5.

I understand you said you did a 'full reset' of your console. Does this mean you've removed the game and installed it again only to have the same issue?

Is your game installed on the internal hard drive or an external hard drive?

Do other games have the same problem?
