Quantum break IO failure ?

    Quantum break IO failure ?


    I purchased Quantum Break game on Xbox one for my son and we get this message --

    File IO failure: readfilefailed, error code 487, filename unknown.

    I hope there is something that can be done, at 74,99$, I'm not impressed at all !

    I was playing Quantum Break and an xbox error popped up saying IO: file read error filedoesnotexist code 1117 and asked me to retry or exit

    I’m not sure if you’ve even gotten to play the game at all but a fix at the Remedy forums with that error on PC is to load a previous chapter. I know you’re on Xbox but the fix may be similar.

    Have you happened to make sure the game is up to date? I know that was an issue with the game at launch and a patch was supposed to fix it.

    Never recieved free download of alan wake bundled with white 500 gb xbox one and quantum break

    The console was bundled with a physical copy of quantum break but the games disc case only included the quantum break disc. There was no paperwork inside the disc case, literally only the quantum break disc.
