Quantum break havent received ANY pre order codes

Hi, I purchased Quantum Break for xbox one on April 4th with the deal that I would get the codes for Alan Wake (nightmare?) and Quantum Break for PC within 7 - 10 days after launch. I still haven't received my codes and upon troubleshooting with a
customer support rep I was told to post here. Thanks!

I have not received any pre order bonuses or codes from my Quantum Break pre order as well.

my co worker and i both preordered Quantum Break at about the same time. he has received ALL of his preorder bonus content and i havent received a single game code.. its been more than 10 days now. thanks.

 

I Pre-Ordered Quantum Break on April 4, 2016 and I have not yet received the codes for Alan Wake, DLC, American Nightmare, or the Windows 10 version of Quantum Break. I would like to receive these codes soon. Thank You.
