Quantum Break for Windows 10 Code

I have preordered Quantum Break (order number [Mod Removed]) and did not receive any of the promotional content (Alan Wake and Quantum Break for Windows 10).

Could you please tell me the steps to follow to get them ?

No code for Quantum Break PC

Went into my messages to get my Windows 10 copy of Quantum Break code & the message is gone, still have message for Alan wake American nightmare code, but my windows 10 Quantum Break code has gone.

If possible can my Windows 10 Quantum Break code be resent?
