Quantum Break for PC

Hello,

I preordered the game Quantum Break in march of 2016, which included the PC version as part of the preorder. My wife has finally decided that she wants to play the game, however when I go to the store on PC I get prompted to purchase, rather than download.
I can see the original game purchase(Xbox One version) on my account, but I do not see a way to download the game for Windows. I recall downloading it once before on an old laptop, but I am trying to install on a new PC. Any assistance you can provide would
be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Edit: Clarification - I am trying to download on PC. I preordered the xbone version and the preorder included a copy of the PC version.
