Quantum Break Doesn't Detect Xbox One X, HELP!

I have the same issue. Quantum Break does not detect the I have an Xbox One X and does not download the Quantum Break "Enhanced" update. I am only able to download the 83.70 GB version of the game VS the 102.5 GB version of the game available for the Xbox
One X. Like you, I do not see the added menu video options to change the resolution. I see no way for me to force or manually download the "enhanced" update. I then decided to take things one step further by taking an external hard drive, hooking it up to
my Xbox One S, and selecting "Download 4K content" in the newly updated options menu. Once I did this, I was instantly able to download the new 102.5 GB version VS the 83.70 GB version that I downloaded earlier. However, once my download was complete and I
hooked my external hard drive into my Xbox One X, Quantum Break could still not detect that I had an Xbox One X. As I was still unable to select the added "Enhanced" video options in the on-screen menu. I am guessing that you have the same issue. For some
reason, Quantum Break doesn't detect that you have an Xbox One X. If Microsoft cannot resolve this issue, I will be getting a full refund for Quantum Break, as I only purchased it for the Xbox One X enhancement.

I grabbed my external hard drive and went back to my Xbox One S. I re-downloaded the non-enhanced version while unchecking "Download 4K game content" in the options menu. The total file size for the game was 47.5 GB. I opened the file and verified
that everything worked on my Xbox One S. I then took my external hard drive and plugged it into my Xbox One X. It immediately prompted me to update the game. The update came out to 55.07GB. This puts the total file size at 102.57GB VS the 83.70 GB file size
that I downloaded initially. Not sure what the issue was, but everything appears to be working now with the Xbox One X enhancement. The most noticeable way for me to tell that I am playing the enhanced version is the fact that the film grain is no longer in
the game. The film grain is extremely noticeable in the Xbox One S version of the game. I also noticed that the video options found in the Digital Foundry YouTube video is now missing. Players no longer have the option to choose between 1080p and 1440p. Hope
this post helps anyone else experiencing this issue.

This does not help. The "Download 4K game content" option only appears on non-4K Xbox's. This option is not available on the Xbox One X. In "theory," 4K content is downloaded to the Xbox One X by default. This in NOT the case
for my Xbox One X, however, as it does not download the 4K content for Quantum Break. All of my other 4K enhanced games work without a problem. Quantum Break is the only title that I have that refuses to grant me access to Xbox Enhanced content.
