    El día 9 de abril hice la preventa de, juego Quantum Break. Ya me he comunicado varias veces con el soporte los cuales me comentaron que tenía que esperar 10 días para recibir ms códigos promocionales de Quantum Break para Windows 10 y el código de Alan
    Wake, y si no lo recibía en ese lapso usara éste número de caso: [mod removed] para que me dieran seguimiento con mis códigos digitales que aún no recibo. Gracias.

    Quantum Break Pre-Load code bonus for Windows 10 Amazon

    Hello guys. I bought Quantum Break Pre-Load digital code for XBox One on Amazon and I have not receive my Quantum Break Windows 10 digital code yet!

    I bought Quantum Break Pre-Load digital code for XBox One on Amazon on April 4-th because Amazon said they will give me Quantum Break Windows 10 digital code. I redeemed the XBox One Quantum Break Pre-Load digital code on xbox.com on April 4-th. Today is
    April 15-th and I have no Quantum Break Windows 10 digital code. I check my xbox.com account messages every day and there is no any message with my code.

    I do not have XBox One or XBox 360 console, so I use xbox.com.

    Here is the product description from Amazon:

    Oh apologies I didn't catch that before. The Quantum Break Xbox One bundle should only come with a digital code. Which retailer did you purchase the bundle from? Disc copies of Quantum Break do not qualify for the Windows 10 versions of Quantum Break.

    Having an understanding of where the console was purchased from will help us a bunch. Also, does the Quantum Break Xbox One bundle box look like the box that is linked in your original post?
