Quantum Break Console!

So I bought the Quantum Break console from gamestop. I asked if the game was digital or if it was going to be a disc. He explained to me that it was digital and none of the games where going to be disc based. After talking with customer service he said they
are going to look into it but my best bet would be to write on here and try to see if you all can help.

Never recieved free download of alan wake bundled with white 500 gb xbox one and quantum break

The console was bundled with a physical copy of quantum break but the games disc case only included the quantum break disc. There was no paperwork inside the disc case, literally only the quantum break disc.

Are you missing the code for the game? It should be on a card in the box for the console. If not, you would actually need to go back to Gamestop. Forum support can only assist with Xbox promotions. Physical bundles would need to be taken care of by the retailer.

No card, gamestop said it is a mishap by xbox and they cannot help!

The disc version of Quantum Break is not eligible for the Quantum Break on Windows 10 code. For further information, check out the Quantum Break on Windows 10 FAQ. Since the disc version
is not eligible, I'm afraid we're unable to assist further regarding this issue.
