    Hello

    I have purchase Quantum Break on Xbox One the 08 April 2016.

    The game must contain the xbox 360 game ALAN WAKE with backward compatibility (the game description said : a code should be send 7-10 days after the purchase)

    We are the 26 April and i haven't yet received the code on the xbox one message center.

    Could you resolve this problem ???

    In order to apologize Microsoft for this delay i really appreciate to received the pre-order bonus too (a code for QB on Windows 10 and a code for Alan Wake's American Nightmare).
