Quantum Break code stolen

Basically im looking for help regarding my pre order code for quantum break. I received the code and gave it to my son to play as my pc isnt powerful enough. Problem is he thinks someone has taken the code from him. I was advised by live support too post
a message on here see if the promotions team could help.

Quantum Break Pre-Load code bonus for Windows 10 Amazon

Hello guys. I bought Quantum Break Pre-Load digital code for XBox One on Amazon and I have not receive my Quantum Break Windows 10 digital code yet!

I bought Quantum Break Pre-Load digital code for XBox One on Amazon on April 4-th because Amazon said they will give me Quantum Break Windows 10 digital code. I redeemed the XBox One Quantum Break Pre-Load digital code on xbox.com on April 4-th. Today is
April 15-th and I have no Quantum Break Windows 10 digital code. I check my xbox.com account messages every day and there is no any message with my code.

I do not have XBox One or XBox 360 console, so I use xbox.com.

Unless he gave the code to someone or posted it publicly there is no way the code could be stolen. Is he having difficulty redeeming it?

 

No he didn't give it anyone. He wrote it down on a piece of paper as I gave him the code over the phone. And no he didn't give it out publicly

 

Probably a indian call centre guy is selling them on ebay, a few years back one tried taking money from my credit card.

 

Hey, damohemsley! What makes your son think that someone stole it? Is he receiving an error when he tries to redeem it? Can you post back with that, please? That will help us get where we need to be to further assist you.
