    Quantum break code not received + private message from staff not working


    Hello

    I have purchase Quantum Break on Xbox One the 08 April 2016.

    The game must contain the xbox 360 game ALAN WAKE with backward compatibility (the game description said : a code should be send 7-10 days after the purchase.

    We are the 26 April and i haven't yet received the code on the xbox one message center.

    Could you resolve this problem ???

    In order to apologize Microsoft for this delay i really appreciate to received the pre-order bonus too (a code for QB on Windows 10 and a code for Alan Wake's American Nightmare).

    But I have followed the link in its message and i CAN'T SEE ANY PRIVATE MESSAGE FROM HIM !!!

    Quantum Break Windows 10 Code Not Received

    Hey KOFXIKula,

    I see you've purchased pre-order code through Amazon, but did you redeem the code on your account, or on a different account? Quantum Break codes purchased through retailers must be redeemed by April 4th 2016 in order to qualify for the Windows 10 version
    of Quantum Break. To help us verify, if you could private message me the Quantum Break code you received from Amazon, that would help us a bunch! To private message me, click the envelope below this post!

    Codes are given in waves from 04/05/2016. You need to wait 7-10 work days to receive it in your Xbox message center.
