Quantum Break Code in Case

Recived my code for alan wake and dlc in the quantum break box , however trying to redeem it results in the error "something went wrong"

Purchased Quantum Break as part of bundle and haven't received Alan Wake codes

Hi,

I purchased Quantum Break as part of one of the Xbox bundles and I haven't received my Alan Wake code upon redeeming the Quantum Break code. It's been over a month.

Why is this the case?

Never recieved free download of alan wake bundled with white 500 gb xbox one and quantum break

The console was bundled with a physical copy of quantum break but the games disc case only included the quantum break disc. There was no paperwork inside the disc case, literally only the quantum break disc.

Redeem Code page?

 

Yes i can confirm that i have tried both to no avail

 

What is the error code you are getting? It should appear as a string of letters and numbers sometimes 2 lines long in the bottom right of the redeem box on the website.
