Quantum Break Code for Windows 10

Pre-ordered the QB LE Whit Xbox One bundle. I received the bundle on the 5th, and claimed the code a few days later the 7th, and I have yet to received the windows 10 code. Gamertag Soulgraber1992

No code for Quantum Break PC

Went into my messages to get my Windows 10 copy of Quantum Break code & the message is gone, still have message for Alan wake American nightmare code, but my windows 10 Quantum Break code has gone.

If possible can my Windows 10 Quantum Break code be resent?

The codes for Quantum Break on Windows 10, Alan Wake game, The Writer DLC and The Signal DLC will be sent within 7 to 10 days after launch. It was stated in the item description before you purchase or pre-order the game.

Players who pre-ordered Quantum Break will receive the following via their message center:

•Alan Wake’s American Nightmare (Xbox 360 Backwards Compatible version)

•Alan Wake (Xbox 360 Backwards Compatible version)

•Alan Wake : The Writer DLC (for Alan Wake on Xbox 360)

•Alan Wake : The Signal DLC (for Alan Wake on Xbox 360)

•Quantum Break on Windows 10

So you should be able to receive all the codes by this week. If not, please post again to this forum section so our promotions support team can further assist you.

 

Alright appreciate the response. I didn't see where it said 7-10 days. The only thing I saw was Remedy's website that said "Windows 10 game redemption code will be sent via Xbox system message around the week of April 5, 2016."Being that its 9 days later
I figured something was wrong. I'll standby then.

 

i also havent recieved my Pre-Order codes (any of them) yet. please fix asap
