Quantum Break code for Windows 10 issues

To clarify a bit further, phone and chat support agents are unable to revoke any game licenses from your account.

The agent from Tech support was ADAM that did this. I have tried to go into the store using my 5x5 code it now reads.. CODE HAS BEEN REDEEMED. so I can no longer even try to dl it as it is GONE from my library and I can not download it without paying 59.99.
I already own it why would I do this??? No see my issue?

forums.xbox.com/.../4272.aspx as we will need to post here to get the proper code. I have looked everywhere I can for someone that can issue the code, and the technicians with access to PC Quantum Break codes can only be contacted through this forum.

As per our call today, we discussed that you are having issues with using the Quatum Break Windows 10 version of the game. We confirmed that you were able to successfully redeem the PPC but that when you try to DL the game it stops after a very short period
and sends you back to the main screen. We tried to find this in temporary files, but it is not showing anywhere we looked, including a search. We confirmed that you have tried this with your firewalls turned off. You tried using this as a DL to a different
drive but that also failed with the same codes. We tried a search of the error that you are finding comes back to Windows issues, possibly a registry or other issues

just one of my emails to support. Cant call up the code as the 5x5 sent to has been redeemed then removed from my account so I can no longer try to download the game....

 

Hey ShamelessPlace! Could you please provide the screenshot of the Quantum Break page in the Windows store on your Windows PC? Looking at the emails you have posted it looks like you are getting an error code when trying to download Quantum Break. What error
code is it that you are receiving? We'd like to troubleshoot this with you, we need this information to do so.
