Quantum Break code for Windows 10 issues

Purchased Quantum Break on XB1, played it loved it...Had a code sent to me for a Windows 10 version of the game. I tried to download this game could not for the life of me get it to download. Spent 2 weeks on and off phone with customer support. Finally
a great guy named Adam helped me out. Seems the code they sent me for the Windows 10 version is in fact a XB1 code. Seeing as I already own the hard copy of the game a digital code for the XB1 is just silly. So Adam directed me here for any help that can found.
Again all I need is my Quantum Break Windows 10 version code....not a XB1 code.. Thanks for any and all help.

No code for Quantum Break PC

Went into my messages to get my Windows 10 copy of Quantum Break code & the message is gone, still have message for Alan wake American nightmare code, but my windows 10 Quantum Break code has gone.

If possible can my Windows 10 Quantum Break code be resent?

Hey Steve! All of the Quantum Break codes are redeemable on an Xbox One but they are all intended for a PC download of Quantum Break. When you install Quantum Break on the PC do you get an specific error codes or messages?

 

As per our call today, we discussed that you are having issues with using the Quatum Break Windows 10 version of the game. We confirmed that you were able to successfully redeem the PPC but that when you try to DL the game it stops after a very short period
and sends you back to the main screen. We tried to find this in temporary files, but it is not showing anywhere we looked, including a search. We confirmed that you have tried this with your firewalls turned off. You tried using this as a DL to a different
drive but that also failed with the same codes. We tried a search of the error that you are finding comes back to Windows issues, possibly a registry or other issues

just one of my emails to support. Cant call up the code as the 5x5 sent to has been redeemed then removed from my account so I can no longer try to download the game....

 

IS there anyone who can download this from windows store to PC??? I cant even try to troubleshoot it because MS/XBO customer support removed my code and game from my library. WoW good thing I beat it on XBOX 1 already.. this is infuriating .

Just to clarify - per the email you provided above, it looks like you've already redeemed the code but are unable to download/install the game fully. Can you please check in My Library on the Windows Store in Windows 10 to see if the game appears there?

In addition, what version of Windows 10 are you running? And if/when you install the game, what error code are you receiving?

No the game is not in my library

Running Window 10 64bit

get 80073CF9 or 80073CF0 error code. I can only get about 39.;9 mb dl or it will go to 1.2GB then the code is shown. The last person I talked to said it is because the code I was given the 5x5 is XBO1 code I understand the SEPT 12 all platform issue and
I understand these should be interchangeable. But we have tried 2 codes none of them work. I have even wiped my system clean and fresh install. No luck my system is as follows

Thanks for the info. Could you verify that your copy of Windows 10 has been activated please? To find this, you use the search bar on your taskbar and search for "Activation." Please click on that and confirm that your copy of Windows 10 is activated. If
it is not activated, please activate your copy and see if this resolves the issue you are experiencing.

The next thing to check is to confirm that Windows 10 is completely up to date. Using the search in the taskbar again, please search for "Check for Updates," and ensure that everything is currently up to date. If there are updates pending, please apply them
and try your download again.

Yes all my system is up to date. Yes it's activated...I can not retry download as I said support wiped my 5x5 code the original I still have in my message cue on xbox1. We tried another 5x5 but it wouldn't work he set this code into my library. When it
failed to download he wiped it as well. As it stands I have a hard copy of QB for Xbox 1 in my hand a message in my cue that says I get a free copy of QB on Windows by using this code...this is the 1st code that did not work. Am I being clear enough?

 

Ok it's been10 days since I started this thread. 2 months since I had this issue. Are any MS support folks going to fix my issue and give me access to the game I OWN but can't play? This is not fn rocket science. Give male a new code and let me see if works.
Not shuffle me around the support carousel. Dang come on wtf?

Based off the information provided thus far, it sounds like a possible reason this issue is occurring is that the incorrect Microsoft account is signed into the Windows 10 PC. Please double check that you are using the same account that you are posting
from by searching "Manage your account" in Windows search. Also if possible, please try a different Windows 10 PC by adding your ShamelessPlace account (using the same email and password) to test.

I am correctly logged in. You ( Support) null and voided my original code when you couldn't get it to work ( download). You then added a new code on the administrator level to my account and tried to see if it would work. IT DID NOT! I currently DO NOT
have a valid code to try and download my game. How's about someone call me and we get this fixed so we can stop

I have done all this!!! NO that is not the issue. Is anyone capable of issuing me another code, seeing as you took my old one and made it null and void. I will search NEOGAF and REDDIT to fix it myself.
