    Quantum Break code disappeared!


    Dear support team, I bought Quantum Break for X1 months ago and I reiceved redeem code for Pc version via an Xbox message. Everything was fine and I didn't redeem it immediately, because I was playing Xbox version.

    Today I decided to redeem it, but I noticed that the message with the code has disappeared (together with my Alan Wake codes, already redeemed).

    Could you help me?

    Quantum Break code disappeared!

    Check your email for your code, around the time when you purchased the game. They should have sent you an email about that after the purchase was made.

    You should also have a purchase history on
    your Microsoft account    . Check the "Recent Purchases" section, and find your purchased Quantum Break game. There might be details about your PC and Alan Wake codes.

    Worst case scenario, call up Xbox Support (US number 1-800-4MY-XBOX) and see if they can find your code.

    Hey Steve! All of the Quantum Break codes are redeemable on an Xbox One but they are all intended for a PC download of Quantum Break. When you install Quantum Break on the PC do you get an specific error codes or messages?
