Quantum break bug – no display for aiming, ability cooldown, weapon

Hi,

When playing Quantum break on Xbox one, I encountered a problem with the display: there are no display for the aiming crosshair, special ability icons, and weapon. The game now is barely playable.

Restart/reboot/reinstall the game did not help.

Another player is reporting the same issue: BUG - No aiming/ no cooldown shown/ no guns displayed - Remedy Community Forums

Can anyone give me some suggestions with the issue?

Quantum Break lost all Progress two times

Nice to know that im not the only one.

In the remedy forum there are more players they got this gamebreaking bug

I also opened a support ticket but dont get any answers (like the last 5 for other Problems)

 

No Quantum Break code

Hi, I guess I didn't communicate clearly. I bought the XBox One special edition Quantum Break bundle (www.xbox.com/.../special-edition-quantum-break-bundle)
and there was no code for Quantum Break in the box. I'm not talking about windows 10 promotion - I mean no Xbox One code for Quantum Break at all. There was a code for Live Gold trial and a code for Alan Wake that I redeemed on my main account. It was a sealed
box, new. I have the serial number if necessary.

 

Did you try power cycling your Xbox one? (Holding the power button until the console shuts off and unplugging the power cord for 30 seconds)

Yes I did. I even tried to reset the console and reinstalled the game, not helping. Maybe a corrupted game disc?

 

Was this a problem right when you started the game or did it happen when you got to a certain point in the game?

 

It happened from the start.
