Quantum Break - American Nightmare, Alan Wake and Windows 10 codes not received

Preodered Quantum Break 4/4/16 and received message to receive codes 7-10 days

I havent received them and know I am chomping at the bit but is that working days or calendar days?

Just need to know if I need to be a little more patient thanks for your time!

Don't receive my messages to get my Windows 10 copy of Quantum Break code and Alan wake American nightmare code. Only received the Alan wake for Xbox360.

If possible can send me Windows 10 Quantum Break code and Alan wake American nightmare code.

Quantum Break, Still Waiting to Receive the Preorder codes

I Pre-Ordered Quantum break and have not received any of the codes. I Still have not Received the codes for Alan Wake, Alan Wake: American Nightmare and Quantum Break on Windows 10. I was told to post the issue here.

The official statement was "7-10 days after launch." I would think that if they meant business days they would have been more specific. In another post, support said that if you didn't have the codes by the end of today to post in this forum again.

 

Hey there, Support is investigating the issue with users not receiving their pre-order content from pre-ordering Quantum Break. All eligible users will receive an Xbox Live message with further information.
