    I bought quantum Break as pre-Order. Content of this Package was the Alan wake Collection. I got. The Codes but until now i didn't use the Codes. Now I want to install the game but the complete news Box is empty After the Last console Update. 2 question.

    1) Can you restore all 3 Alan wake Codes please?!

    2) can you restore my complete news Box - also the old news please ?!

    Haven't received my quantum break preorder bonus codes.

    I still have no received my Alan Wake American Nightmare code, Alan Wake code, nor Quantum Break for Windows 10 code. My request ticket # I got from the support team was[Mod Removed]
