Quantum break act 2

    There is a game breaking bug in act 2 ground zero where my guy just freezes and I figured the update fixed it but it didn't so I feel microsoft should refund the people affected by the bug since we are unable to play what we payed for

    Quantum break act 2

    If you start a new save game, does it not progress past act 2?

    I've played through the game no problem, so it doesn't effect everyone.

    I'd try just restarting act 2 from the main menu see if you can bypass it

    Uninstall everything, delete all save files, and download it all again.

    I had no problems with the game either. My best guess is to uninstall and re-install.
