quantam break cant stream or download episodes.

i downloaded quantam break on game pass and can play the game but when i get to the episode it says unable to connect to xbox live(which i am connected to). so i try to download the epsiode pack and it stops at .5%(451 gb) every time. i have tried on different
internet connections nothing works. i have no other problems playing any other games or any other downloads. is there a way to fix this or is there just no way for me to be able to watch the episodes for the game?

How much free space do you have on your console? the episodes are not small.

Sorry to hear it. Please try powercycling your console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that helps.

The deal was ONLY if you pre-order a DIGITAL copy of Quantum Break for the Xbox One or you purchased the Xbox One Limited Edition. So, you have a CD version of the game, you don't get the PC version.

So, the question is did you order the DIGITAL copy?

I learned that I had to either log on to the xbox or run the xbox app on Windows 10 to get the message that contained the code.
