    Quality of video only bad


    So several months ago I started having as issue with my video quality on my xbox one. It only affects the video picture of videos only. YouTube, Netflix, DVD/BluRay, and for some reason the green Xbox start up screen.

    Everything else works and appears fine. Games, Xbox live home screen, cut scenes in games alk have great quality. But video is extremely pixelated with a touch of green pixels mixed I ad well. I've hooked up the console to 3 other tv's, and used 3 different
    HDMI cables. All have shown the same problem.

    I chatted with Microsoft support four nearly 2 hours and they claim they don't know what the problem is and their only suggestion was to factory reset my console. I did and the problem continues. Here's a video I made of the problem in attempt to figure
    out how to fix it Or to see if anyone else has this issue. Currently cannot dibs anything on YouTube or Google that sounds like my problem.

    Hey Derrick! (No, not stalking - I just legitimately watched your video and paid attention. I swear.)

    Not gonna lie - your issue is a first. We just watched it and collectively said, "Huh. Weird." I see you mentioned a factory reset - was that the soft one that allows you to keep your games and apps? If so, let's move to scorched earth territory and do a
    full factory reset. This will be the best chance at a totally clean slate. If that doesn't work, I'd recommend getting your console repaired through the
    Online Service Center.

    I know that's not an ideal solution but we're kind of stumped and don't believe that reinstalling any of the apps will fix things.

    Out of curiosity - does the video pixilation happen with cartoon style shows as well as "live action" (for lack of a better term) shows? If it doesn't, the factory reset is still going to be the solution so this is purely curiosity on our end.
